Welcome to the Savings Groups Information Exchange
The SAVIX is a reporting system that provides transparent and standardised data on Savings Group programmes worldwide.
For the last 4 years the SAVIX has regularly collected financial and operational data from a current total of about 100,000 savings groups and more than 200 projects, in 24 countries in the developing world. It does this through direct posting of Excel-based MIS data or through automatic real-tim posting through the SAVIX MIS database.
The aim of the site is to facilitate analysis and improve programme results, by comparing regional, country, project and trainer performance.
A project represents a cluster of groups formed either by a facilitating agency or its local partners. In this section, users can review the details of a single project or a group of projects (organised by agency, region, country or a number of other filters) using their own choice of filters and metrics.
